Irene sparked a lot of enthusiasm with workshops earlier in 2023, inspiring experienced Contact Improvisers and newcomers to the practice. She brings a deep understanding of biodynamics, personal dynamics, and a poetic sense of how to convey the combination to her teaching, offering us the opportunity to explore Contact Improvisation, together, with physical and personal clarity.
